It kills 99% of odor-causing bacteria3 with two 5-minute cleaning cycles. The durable, stainless steel reservoir is large enough to clean multiple items at once. Just add water. - Add lukewarm tap water to the maximum level of the interior of the smile spa. Don’t exceed that.
- Put whatever you’re cleaning in the reservoir and close the lid.
- Connect the power cord.
- Press the power button once. You’ll see the UV light come on in a moment and hear a gentle clicking sound, which means the smile spa is quietly working, cleaning, and fighting bacteria. It’ll stop automatically after 5 minutes.
- It takes two 5-minute cycles to kill 99% of odor-causing bacteria.3 After two cycles, the device shuts down for 5 minutes to avoid overheating.

Smile spa
The smile spa is great so far. I have been using for a few days with water and the I’ve light and vibrations. It does make the aligners clean and only takes 5 minutes. Super easy to clean- just wipe it out and it’s good to go. I would like to try with cleaning tablets to see if it gets them cleaner. Overall it’s a great product to get your aligners clean and sanitized!!

The Smile Spa works great!
I have been using my Smile Spa for a month now and it works really well. I am using it to clean my retainers every morning and it keeps them really clean. I no longer have to wash them with soap and water. Most importantly, they feel clean when I put them back in at night.
