Flosser assembly:

  • Place the device on a flat surface without any sharp objects. Make sure the cord is dry and has no damage.
  • Plug it in. Connect the power adaptor to the bottom of the base and tuck the power cord into the groove and notch. Then plug into a wall outlet.
  • Fill the water tank. Remove the water tank lid and fill with room temperature water. Do not add anything other than water. Put the lid back on.
  • Place the water tank on the flosser’s base. The side showing the water measures faces the front. Align the notches on the base and the water tank. Push it straight down until it’s in place. If it’s not on properly, it could leak.
  • Attach a tip to the handle. Push it straight down until it’s in place, ensuring the tip locks into position. To release, push and hold the tip eject button and then pull the tip out.

Flossing instructions:

  • Choose a water pressure prior to starting. We recommend starting on level 2 if this is your first time. You can adjust it while flossing.
  • Use the power button to turn the flosser on. Make sure the on/off switch is in the off position so water doesn’t come out yet. When you’re ready, turn on the flosser and rotate the power button to adjust your flossing power. You can slide the on/off switch on the handle to pause the water flow.
  • Position yourself to floss. Hold the flosser upright with the tip pointed toward your teeth. Lean over your sink and partially close your mouth around the tip, but keep it opened slightly so water can flow out.
  • Start flossing. Switch on the water flow. Water will immediately begin flowing. Direct the water at a 90° angle to your teeth and gums, moving it slowly along your teeth, then along your gumline.
  • Clean between your teeth thoroughly (and around any braces, crowns, or bridgework). Use the rotating tip knob to aim for hard-to-reach spots.
  • To adjust water flow, rotate the power button to the left for lower levels and to the right for higher levels.
  • The flosser will pause every 30 seconds to indicate it’s time to move to another quadrant of your mouth.
  • There's no set amount of time to floss, but a single tank of water will last for 120 seconds. (The flosser will automatically shut off after 2 minutes of use.)

Using the tongue scraper:

  • Replace the jet tip with the tongue scraper tip. Then, gently place the tongue scraper onto the center midline of your tongue surface about halfway back with light water pressure setting first, and gradually increase the pressure as needed.

After flossing:

  • The flosser will automatically shut off after 2 minutes. Or you can turn it off using the power button.
  • Remove the water tank and dispose of the remaining water.
  • Place the water tank back on the base and power on the water flosser to drain the remaining water in the flosser. Turn the handle switch off when drained.
  • Ensure the flosser is turned off and wipe dry with soft dry cloth.
  • Press the tip eject button to remove your tip. You can store it in the lid.
  • Place your handle on the magnetic handle holder.
  • Unplug your flosser.

There are 10 separate water pressure settings indicated on the front of the flosser above the adjustable knob with 1 being the softest and 10 being the hardest. We recommend starting on level 2 if this is your first time. You can adjust it while flossing.
