The New Space Saver Countertop Flosser takes half the room of other countertop flossers without sacrificing performance. Five flossing modes make it perfect for beginners, advanced flossers and anyone with braces or other dental work. And its large-capacity tank holds enough water for up to 120 seconds of flossing. What’s best, its unique size and storage system makes for easy storage and takes up minimal room on the countertop. And like all SmileDirectClub water flossers, it removes 99% of plaque between teeth and under the gumline, where traditional brushing and flossing can’t reach.12 The result? A deeper clean that can help improve the health of your teeth and gums.

  • Large water tank lasts for 120 seconds of flossing – 33% longer than the leading model.17
  • Space saving design – takes up half the counterspace of the leading countertop model.17
  • Improves gum health – removing 99% of plaque between teeth and under the gumline.12
  • 5 flossing modes – Easily switch between softer or stronger water pressure.
  • Cordless and rechargeable – 1 charge lasts up to a month.
  • Easy to store and to pack – Flosser parts neatly fit into a small travel case.
  • Includes an extra flossing tip – To use as a spare or to share.
  • Helpful Tip: The Countertop Flosser is designed to remain off while charging to protect the battery life. We recommend charging it at night when not in use.
  • First, fully charge your flosser before using. Plug the cable included in the box to the flosser’s base, then into any USB charging port. A full charge will take a few hours.
  • Remove the water tank from its base, fill it no higher than the 500 ml line, and put on the lid. Then, place the tank back on the base.
  • Choose a water pressure prior to starting. We recommend starting on the lowest setting.
  • Power the flosser on using the power button on the flosser’s base. No water will come out. You control that with the on/off switch on the handle.
  • Position yourself to floss. Hold the flosser upright, with the tip pointed toward your teeth.
  • Partially close your mouth around the tip – keep it open enough for water to flow out.
  • Lean over your sink to avoid getting your countertop wet.
  • Start flossing. Turn on your flosser using the switch on the handle. Water will begin to jet out.
  • Direct the water at a 90° angle to your teeth and gums, moving it slowly along your teeth, then gumline.
  • Thoroughly clean between your teeth and any dental work.
  • Use the rotating tip knob to adjust aim for hard-to-reach spots.
  • Use the water pressure slider to adjust the water flow.
  • There’s no set of time to floss, but a single tank of water will last for up to 120 seconds. (The flosser has an internal timer and will shut off after 2½ minutes.)
  • While the flosser is on, empty the jet by pointing it into the sink until all the water drains.
  • Clean the water tank with warm water and dry with a soft cloth.

Answers to popular questions

Your countertop flosser arrived fully disassembled and packed for storage, every piece smartly fitting into the water tank and travel case. Here is how to put it together.

  1. Attach a jet tip to the handle. Push it straight down until it clicks into place. To release, push and hold the eject button, then pull the tip out.
  2. Connect the water tubing to the flosser’s base. At the end of the water tubing is a connector with a small tab. There’s a matching notch on the base (next to the unlock icon). Insert the connector and rotate it 90° to lock into place. Then set the handle in the holder on top.
  3. Place the water tank, open side up, on the flosser’s base. The side showing the water measures faces the front. The water tank will fit snugly.
  4. Put the water tank lid on top.
  5. Fully charge your flosser for the first use. Plug the cable into the back of the flosser’s base, then into any USB charging port. A full charge will take a few hours.

Note: The flosser’s guide includes a useful diagram detailing each part and showing how each piece fits together.

You should fully charge your water flosser before the first use. To do this, plug the cable into the back of the flosser’s base, then into any USB charging port. A full charge will take a few hours. The small indicator light above the power button provides charging status.

Steady light = fully charged

Flashing quickly = low battery

Flashing slowly = charging

Note: The flosser does NOT include an outlet plug. It only includes a USB charging cable, which works with any USB charging port.

There’s no set of time to floss, but a single tank of water will last for up to 120 seconds. (The flosser has an internal timer and will shut off after 2½ minutes.)

The rotating tip knob can be turned to aim your flosser at hard-to-reach places.

The water pressure slider is located on the left side of the flosser’s base. It can be adjusted anytime before, or while, you are flossing. When the slider is pulled far left, the water pressure is strongest. We only recommend the strong settings for experienced flossers as the stream of water is powerful and can cause discomfort if aimed in the wrong direction inside the mouth. Pushing the slider to the right will lessen the water pressure. We recommend starting on this setting to get used to the feel of the water flosser.
