Our bright on® whitening gel gets teeth up to 9 shades whiter in just 1 week,1 and contains the same enamel-safe whitening agent used by dentists - for a fraction of the cost.5 Whiten your teeth for 1 week - once in the morning and once in the evening, just 5 minutes each time, to achieve a brighter smile. After 1 week of teeth whitening, your results will last 6 months.
Use it daily, morning and evening, for 1 week. Make sure to brush your teeth before starting – it’ll help the teeth whitening absorb better. Remove the cap and slowly twist the bottom of the pen until you see a droplet of gel form in the brush. Using a circular motion, brush the gel on your 6 top and 6 bottom front teeth. The gel will foam and penetrate your teeth. Continue to slowly twist the bottom of the pen to dispense more gel as needed until your 6 top and 6 bottom teeth are covered. After 5 minutes, spit out the excess foam if needed – but don’t rinse, eat, or drink for 20 minutes after you’re done with the treatment. The teeth whitening formula will continue to absorb into your teeth.

First brush your teeth, but don't floss. Open the bright on® premium whitening pen and twist the bottom until a droplet of gel is visible on the brush. Using a circular motion, brush the gel onto your 6 top and 6 bottom front teeth. Then plug the LED light into your smartphone using the appropriate attachment, insert it into your mouth, and wear it for up to 10 minutes. It’s normal for the gel to foam on your teeth, and it’s harmless if you happen to swallow some. Once you're finished, take the light out of your mouth and spit out any excess gel.
Remove the detachable cables from the LED light to avoid damaging them. Using lukewarm water, rinse and wipe off the mouthpiece. Allow the light to dry in a well-ventilated place. Once dry, pack it into its plastic case.
Yes, bright on® is vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, and lactose-free.
Using teeth whitening with bonding or fillings can discolor your teeth. bright on® does not whiten veneers.
Be sure your power adapter is fully plugged into your phone’s port and clear of any debris. Your device must remain in an active state, not in sleeping mode or with a locked screen, otherwise the light may shut off. Simply unlock your phone and check that it is charged to power the LED light for the full treatment time. If the light will not turn on with your phone, test the device by plugging the cord into another powered USB port.
Whitening Strips
- Brush your teeth before use. It will help the strips adhere and absorb better.
- Each packet includes 1 strip, so 1 application requires 2 strips. Use 1 for top teeth and 1 for the bottom.
- Make sure your fingers are dry and clean before opening packets, as the strips will stick to wet fingers.
- Moisten your teeth and apply the first strip to your top teeth, right below the gumline. Hold the strip in place for 5 seconds and wrap excess to the back of the teeth. Repeat the process on the bottom teeth.
- For best results, don’t rinse, eat, or drink immediately after finishing, especially staining drinks and foods like coee, tea, red wine, and chocolate. We recommend waiting about 15–20 minutes.
The strips contain a concentration of hydrogen peroxide that’s strong enough to whiten teeth yet not so strong that it causes harsh bleaching effects or sensitivity. Once the strips are applied, the saliva in your mouth starts to dissolve the hydrogen peroxide that then helps dissolve stains on the teeth.
Strips dissolve in 15–20 minutes. Everyone is a little different, so it could take slightly more or less time. If the gel lasts longer than 30 minutes, rinse or wipe o the remaining gel to complete the session. No matter how long it takes to dissolve, your teeth will still receive the same amount of whitening benefit.
- 1 complete treatment (once a day for 1 week).
- Weekly maintenance (1 application, once a week).
- Monthly whitening routine (1 complete treatment once a month).
- Touch-ups (whenever whitening is needed).
- Safe to use for up to 14 days straight for stubborn stains.
No, the strips are designed to effectively whiten without an LED light.
We recommend you limit talking as much as possible. The more your mouth moves or your tongue touches the strips, the sooner they may dissolve. Don’t eat or drink anything while whitening. And when finished, don’t immediately consume any staining drinks and foods like coffee, tea, red wine, and chocolate. We recommend waiting about 15–20 minutes.
Yes, the strips dissolve whether you’re awake or asleep. Many find the strips are pleasant and convenient to wear while falling asleep.
Yes. Strips are made of edible, water-soluble polymers including pectin, which comes from citrus fruits, which are absolutely safe to ingest. As the strips dissolve and start whitening the teeth, the hydrogen peroxide is broken down into water and oxygen.
Water Flossers
Remove the rubber plug from the charging port on the blurple rim of the flosser. Plug the charging cable into the port, then into a wall outlet. The bottom light will flash green while charging and remain lit when fully charged. (A full charge takes about 4 hours.) When the light starts blinking, the battery needs charging.
- Open the flosser by gripping the finger grips and sliding the base from the blurple top until it locks
- Attach the tip to the water flosser by firmly clicking it into the hole on top (press the release button to remove the tip).
- Open the cap, fill the reservoir tank with lukewarm water, then securely push it back into place.
Hold your water flosser in an upright position with the tip pointed toward your teeth. Partially close your mouth, but keep it opened slightly so water can flow out. You’ll want to lean over the sink or maybe floss while you shower. Direct the water jet at a 90-degree angle to your teeth and gums. Move it slowly along your teeth, then along your gumline. Clean between your teeth thoroughly (and around any braces, crowns, or bridgework).
There’s no set amount of time to floss, so do whatever feels right for you. Refill the reservoir whenever you need to.
Normal mode is for normal cleaning. Soft is for gentle cleaning of sensitive gums. Pulse is for cleaning and massaging the gums. We recommend starting with the soft mode, but you can always adjust the modes while you’re using the water flosser.
If this is your first time using a water flosser, you’re going to love it – eventually. We won’t lie. It takes some getting used to, but usually only about a week. After that, you’re going to wonder how you ever did without it!
Oral Care
